Calculator inputs and device storage
Digits, play type, wager, Fireball selection and draw count are processed in your browser. The calculator fetches a public prize-data file; it does not send your selections to us. The current application does not save selections in cookies, local storage or session storage. Reloading the page resets them. We do not require an account, ticket image, payment details or location permission.
Your browser may cache public HTML, stylesheets, scripts and prize data to load pages efficiently. A cache is distinct from an advertising identifier. You can clear cached files and site data through your browser settings; doing so may require the browser to download these files again.
Information used to operate the website
- Website delivery: requests to a web server necessarily disclose technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser headers and, depending on browser settings, referring page. Hosting and security providers may process access or error logs to deliver pages, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
- Messages you send: when you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use these to respond, resolve support issues and handle privacy requests.
- Privacy requests: we may request limited information needed to verify your identity or an authorized representative. Do not send lottery tickets, Social Security numbers, payment credentials or identity documents unless specifically needed through an agreed secure process.
Purposes and lawful bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests in secure website delivery, abuse prevention and responding to ordinary questions, balanced against your rights. We use consent for optional technologies where required, and legal obligations for requests or records that the law requires us to handle. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We do not use calculator inputs for profiling or decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. A displayed prize estimate is a mathematical illustration, not a decision about your eligibility for a payment.
Recipients and international processing
Information needed for website delivery or correspondence may be processed by hosting, security and email service providers on our behalf. Access should be limited to the services they supply. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or protect legal rights. External websites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices; opening a link sends a request to that website.
PickPayouts operates in the United States. Your messages and technical requests may be processed there or where a service provider operates. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, a lawful transfer mechanism and necessary safeguards are required. Contact our privacy address for information about recipients and safeguards relevant to your request.
Retention and security
Calculator selections last only in the current page's memory. For correspondence and technical records, retention is determined by the time needed to respond, maintain security, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable recordkeeping duties. We do not retain personal information indefinitely simply because it was collected. Records should be deleted or de-identified when their purpose ends, except where a legal obligation or preservation requirement applies. Ask our privacy contact about a particular record or deletion request.
We limit personal information requested through the site and restrict access to information used for support and operations. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Email is not a suitable channel for sending passwords, financial credentials or full identity documents.
European privacy rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent and complain to your supervisory authority. Rights depend on the relevant legal conditions and exceptions. We generally respond within one month; a permitted extension will be explained within that period.
Send your request to [email protected], identifying the right you want to exercise and enough context to locate the relevant information. We will not require an account. Learn more from the European Data Protection Board's rights guidance.
California privacy rights
Where the CCPA applies to our processing, California residents may request information about collection, use and disclosure; access, correction or deletion; and opt out of sale or sharing. Eligible residents may limit certain uses of sensitive information. Exercising rights will not result in unlawful discrimination. We do not request sensitive personal information for the calculator or use it to infer characteristics.
Email [email protected] to submit a request. An authorized agent may act for you with appropriate authorization. Verification is limited to what is reasonably necessary; opt-out requests do not require account creation. Covered access, correction and deletion requests generally receive a response within 45 days, with notice of a legally permitted extension. See the California Attorney General's CCPA guidance. Statutory coverage depends on applicable business thresholds and other conditions.
Children
This site is intended for adults seeking lottery information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a child has sent us personal information, contact our privacy address so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices materially change. Any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided before the relevant new processing begins. Questions about this notice can be sent to [email protected].
