PickPayouts is operated by PickPayouts Operations (Operating as PickPayouts™). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for the Texas Lottery Commission, the Texas Lottery, or any state agency. Game names and third-party marks identify their respective owners and do not imply affiliation.

Payouts, odds and calculator limitations
Results illustrate potential gross prizes for the selections entered. They are not predictions, winnings already earned, guaranteed returns or promises of payment. “Max Theoretical Win” is a possible simultaneous prize ceiling for one board and drawing under the modeled rules; it is not an expected return or a multi-draw guarantee. More drawings increase ticket cost and do not guarantee a win.
Base and Fireball prizes use different payout tables. Fireball doubles the base board cost and can create multiple replacement wins; adding the feature does not simply double a prize. Straight/Box exact-match prizes include both components, and Combo cost includes every covered permutation.
We reference Texas Administrative Code 16 TAC §401.316 and the official Daily 4 prize figures. Source references and verification labels identify the rules reviewed by the site operator; they are not government approval. Official rules, ticket validation and the Lottery's final determinations control if any information differs.
180-day ticket expiration
Texas draw-game winning tickets generally expire 180 days after the draw date. Check the exact deadline and any official exception, including applicable military provisions, with the Texas Lottery. Keep and sign your ticket, protect it from damage and allow time for the applicable claim process. A calculator result does not extend a deadline or establish ownership. See official prize-claim guidance.
Single-draw liability limits
A $5,000,000 single-draw top-prize liability limit is documented by the Texas Lottery for All or Nothing: when more than 20 top-prize plays win, that capped amount is divided among those winning plays. This is a game-specific limit, not a universal Texas Lottery limit or a verified Daily 4 limit. See the Texas Lottery's All or Nothing explanation.
Always check the liability, sales-limit and prize-allocation provisions for the particular game and drawing. Our Daily 4 calculator does not simulate aggregate statewide ticket sales, liability exposure or any adjustment imposed under applicable official rules.
Claim channels and tax information
The Texas Lottery's published retailer claim category is $599 or less. Retailers are authorized, but are not required, to pay eligible prizes and may offer a check or money order rather than cash. Larger prizes use the applicable official claim channel.
The calculator's $600 threshold flag is a general claim-review indicator, not a determination that Form W-2G is required. Federal reporting and withholding are separate rules. The 2026 IRS W-2G instructions generally require lottery reporting when winnings meet the $2,000 threshold and are at least 300 times the wager; additional rules can apply. No withholding or no information form does not establish that winnings are tax-free. Consult a qualified tax professional for your circumstances.
Responsible use
Lottery play involves a risk of losing the full amount spent. Do not treat it as income, an investment or a solution to debt. Only adults eligible under the official rules should purchase tickets. Set a budget and avoid chasing losses. For help, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit the National Problem Gambling Helpline.
